李美琳

李美琳,女,汉族,1992年9月生,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。原籍内蒙古赤峰市,中共党员。2019年7月来校任教,主要研究方向为果蔬采后生物学与贮运保鲜,入选沈阳市高级人才。

为本科生讲授《食品生物化学》、《食品分析》、《食品检测新技术进展》、《食品分析综合实验》等课程,参编《食品分析实验技术指导》教材一部;主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、沈阳农业大学博士科研启动项目一项,在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Postharvest Biology and Technology,LWT - Food Science and Technology,Scientia Horticulturae,食品科学等学术杂志发表论文 10 余篇,其中以第一作者身份发表SCI 一区论文3篇,总影响因子 10.751。
